Fantastic series! You are really showing what that 100 macro can do!
Thank you, Phil. 🙂 I really love that lens. I think it was my first lens purchase after buying the 450D. Its the oldest lens in my kit, although it has kind of fallen to second place after the 100-400mm as of late. I hope to start using it again once my bulbs flower.
These are beautiful Jon. Did u use a macro lens, extension tubes, or none of the above?
All of these were taken with the Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens. Most of them were taken at or very near the minimum focus distance, so they are pretty close to 1:1 magnification. That lens was one of the best investments in my kit so far. 🙂
